May - November is our High Season for Events; for this reason, the rate for 2-Night Stays without an event increases during these months.

Rates are for up to 16 guests; an additional charge of $80 per person per night applies for approved additional guests. 

​

8% NY State Sales Tax is additional.

Holidays have a 3 night minimum. All non-holiday stays have a 2 night minimum.
